Scott A. Montesi, MD
Dr. Montesi graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he subsequently received his medical degree. He trained as a radiology resident at the University of Nebraska and was appointed Chief Resident. Board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1989, he completed a thoracic radiology fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston in 1990 and served as a Clinical Fellow and Clinical Assistant at Harvard Medical School. He has been active on hospital and group practice committees and takes an active role in physician/staff hospital issues, with previous leadership appointments including Chief of the Medical Imaging Departments at West Side Hospital and Centennial Medical Center. He has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University Medical School. Dr. Montesi's areas of interest include body CT and PET/ CT imaging. Dr. Montesi enjoys travel, time with kids, and any outdoor activity, including biking, hiking, and hunting.
